For stays of up to 2 nights, a short-stay surcharge of 10% of the room rate will be charged.
Rates for Children
Rates are per child/day, valid in the parents’/chaperones’ room with two full-paying adults.
Children’s rates are based on the age of the children during the stay.

All rates include the Alfa Gourmet Package as described, excluding the local tax of currently €3.70 per person per day.
Rate reduction for bookings with breakfast only: -€25 per adult & -€7 per child per day (according to reservation confirmation, cannot be canceled retroactively).
Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm specific room numbers. For stays of less than 7 nights, we cannot confirm specific room categories and ask for your understanding in this regard.
Check-In: from 3:00 PM; please notify us briefly if arriving after 6:00 PM.
Check-Out: by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Our reception is staffed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Cash, Maestro/EC card, credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).
The following cancellation policies apply to all bookings in summer & autumn (June to October):
up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation of the booking without stating reasons
13 – 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking price
6 – 1 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking price
early departure / no-show will be charged at 100%
All rates exclude the local tax of €3.70/day.
For bookings for the year 2027, all persons born in or before 2011 are subject to the local tax.
For stays of up to 2 nights, a short-stay surcharge of 10% of the room rate will be charged.
Our rooms are all equipped with hard flooring, and our duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic.
We are happy to accommodate gluten allergies or lactose intolerance in the restaurant.
Other allergies, bland diets, or special diets are only possible after consultation with our kitchen management.
We request that you inform us of this as soon as possible.
A deposit of €400 per room is to be made via bank transfer.
