Cancellation Policy

For bookings in the months of June–October

The following regulations apply to all bookings in the 2027 summer or fall season:

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation of the booking
13–7 days before arrival: 70% of the booked travel price
6–1 days before arrival: 90% of the booked travel price
Early departure / no-show will be charged at 100% of the travel price

For bookings in the months of December–April

The following cancellation regulations apply to all bookings for the 2026/2027 winter season

Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
29–14 days before arrival: 40% of the travel price
13–7 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price
6–1 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price
Early departure / no-show: 100% of the travel price
