Vegetarian, gluten & lactose-free cuisine
Many people today live with food intolerances. We offer a full vegetarian menu as standard. We will also be happy to accommodate a lactose or gluten intolerance. We ask for your understanding that other intolerances or diets cannot automatically be taken into account. However, please feel free to mention these during the reservation process and we will consult with our chef.

Culinary day at the Alfa
From 07.30 am to 10.00 pm we offer a balanced breakfast buffet. The Alfa enjoyment package starts with a vital and balanced breakfast with regional products as well as bio products, fresh juices, freshly prepared egg dishes and various coffees & teas
In the afternoon there is something for in between. A small selection of cakes & strudels from the house patisserie. Coffee & tea are also available.
All day long we offer you fresh fruits to give you a vitamin kick.
From 02.00 pm to 07.00 pm there is a tea- and fruitbar in the wellness area.
From 06.30 pm our kitchen team will pamper you with a 5-course menu of your choice out of traditional and international cuisine (incl. fresh salads from the buffet).
